Sauce Tank
Can your team handle the heat?
Part cook-off. Part brand challenge. Part pitch night.
Split into teams, you'll be given everything you need to take a hot sauce from an idea to a finished product. Choose your ingredients.Develop your recipe. Cook and bottle your sauce. Then give it a name, create a label in our unique Label Lab and get ready to sell it.
Because making a great sauce is only half the challenge. Once the bottles are filled, teams have to turn their creation into a brand, build their sales pitch and convince the Tank that their sauce deserves a place on
Distil Your Own Gin
Can your team create Queenstown's next great gin?
Working in teams, you'll become your own mini distillery — with everyone taking on a role, from botanist and distiller to bottler, designer and mixologist. Explore our botanical pantry, develop your recipe and run your spirit through the still.
Then bottle your creation, give it a name and design and print your label in our Label Lab.
But a great gin needs a great serve. Your final challenge is to create a signature cocktail using your gin before pitching the whole package — gin, brand and cocktail — to our judging panel.
The Great Bake Off
Has your team got what it takes to rise to the challenge?
Part bake-o!. Part creative challenge. All competition.
Ready, steady, bake! Working in teams, you'll go head-to- head to create a batch of show-stopping cupcakes worthy of taking out the title. Armed with a pantry of ingredients, equipment and a creative brief, teams need to plan, divide roles and work against the clock to create their signature bake.
But getting them into the oven is only half the challenge. While the cakes bake, a surprise mini-challenge keeps the competition going before it's time to decorate, perfect your presentation and get ready to face the judges.
